BECOME A BIRD DOG
What is it and why would you want to be one?
Are
you one of the hundreds of thousands of individuals who say to

to buy well priced real estate for
investment purposes.
3. At this point you have two choices:

buyer
b. Enter into a contract with the seller with the intent of “flipping” it before
you have to
close on it yourself, or have a simultaneous closing with the buyer you found.
4. Collect a “finder’s fee” from the buyer for
the legwork and paperwork you did for him or
her, but only after he or she closes
on the property you presented to him or her.
That’s the basics of the program. The terms may
sound confusing right now, but they will become crystal
